Run /claim in the bot commands channel. Anything missing, open a ticket and staff sort it out.

Open a ticket in the support category in Discord, or DM Thompson. Include your in-game name, the email used at checkout and the package name.
Wrong account linked
Packages are delivered to the FiveM and Discord accounts used at checkout. Bought on the wrong one? Staff can move it across by hand: open a ticket and say which account it should be on.

Those packages grant a Discord role. Tebex needs your Discord account linked before it will accept them into the basket, which is why the cart asks up front instead of failing at payment.
The Discord you actually play with, and an email you can read. A mismatch is the most common reason a package is not delivered, and it has to be fixed by hand.
